Our telephone helpline number is 00 44 770 911 2825 - UTC time. It is open to members and non-members, so don't hesitate to give us a call or drop us an email to contact@storksofhope.com to arrange a call time. Your anonymity will be preserved.

Important information:

We receive a lot of calls and we only have one line. You may not be able to reach us during our on-call hours, because we are already on the line or have had to change our rota for professional reasons. Don't hesitate to call back later, as each conversation is fairly long. Please bear in mind that we are a non-profit organisation run by volunteers in their spare time.

Only certain topics are dealt with by telephone:

- information on infertility treatments: IVF, egg donation, embryo donation (we do not answer medical questions which are the reserve of medical professionals),

- information on donation abroad in compliance with the laws in force,

- information about our partner clinics,

- information on workshops, courses and conferences organised by Storks of Hope or its partners.

We aim to answer the phone during the following on-call hours, UTC Time (subject to change):

Thursday 6pm – 8pm

Friday 6pm – 8pm

Saturday 6pm – 8pm

Sunday  6pm – 8pm

Members can request a telephone appointment during or outside on-call hours. To do this, simply send us a message via the contact form, providing your membership number in the message. We will arrange an appointment with you at a mutually convenient time. You can also ask your questions in writing via the contact form. This can be faster for simple questions.
