In the context of combatting infertility, becoming parents, provinding information on ART (insemination, IVF, egg and sperm donation), and help and psychological support, the organisation offers various services.

Services available to all (members and non-members)

- access to the website and information pages,

- access to the telephone helpline for assistance, listening ear, discussion and advice (subject to availability, with priority given to members of the organisation),

- access to e-mail support (subject to availability, with priority given to members of the organisation),

- access to discussion groups,

- FREE access to the forum after validation of a login and password.  The forum is a community to exchange and share information on all the subjects dealt with by the organisation. You will also find numerous testimonials and experiences on infertility treatment, legal aspects, legislative and medical developments, information on the possibilities of egg donation abroad, experience of egg donation in the UK and abroad, embryo donation and dozens of other subjects (Note: forum publications are the sole responsibility of authors),

- we provide reliable and accurate information on foreign clinics that carry out egg donation. These clinics have been inspected and visited by our organisation and are recommended because they meet specific criteria aligned to the organisation’s ethics and their local law on egg donation (donor consent, free of charge, etc.).

- access to our face-to-face or virtual information meetings,

- access to our workshops and conferences (subject to availability, with priority given to organisation members),

- access to our free or ticketed events (subject to availability, with priority given to organisation members),

- access to our social media - Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin, TikTok.

All the services listed above, as well as:

- members who are up to date with their membership fees benefit from discounts at clinics recommended by the organisation,

- priority access to the assistance and advice hotline,

- priority access to e-mail assistance,

- discounts with some of the organisation’s partner therapists,

- priority access to our free events or preferential rates to our paid events.

Become a member

Membership costs 36 euros a year, which is used to cover operating costs, website development, hosting and maintenance, telephone costs, organisation of meetings and workshops, selection and monitoring of partners, etc.

You should be aware that membership fees account for almost all of the organisation’s funding in order to guarantee our independence.
