Can I call ‘Storks of Hope’ outside on-call hours?

No, in principle this is not possible as all respondents are volunteers who also have jobs and cannot therefore answer during their working hours. You must therefore call during on-call hours, UTC Time.

Can we leave a voicemail message to 'Storks of Hope'?

Due to the large number of telephone calls we receive, we are not taking voice messages. You must therefore call back during on-call hours. If we are on the line, please call again or send us a message

Is it possible to make a telephone appointment with ‘Storks of Hope’?

In principle, no (all respondents are volunteers who also have jobs and cannot therefore reply during their working hours), so you have to phone during on-call hours, but in certain rare and exceptional cases this is possible, only for members. In these cases, you have to send us an e-mail with your up-to-date membership number.

I phone with a hidden number and nobody answers. Is this normal?

Yes, we don't answer calls to hidden numbers.

Do you have offices? Can we meet you?

No, we don't have offices.

The only way to meet us is to attend meetings we organise in the UK.

How much is the membership fee?

The membership fee is €36, whether you are a single or with a partner.

How long is my membership valid for? 

Your membership is valid for a year from the date of payment.

I haven't received my membership certificate, even though I joined online?

When you join ‘Storks of Hope' online, you receive 2 emails within 5 minutes: one for the payment and one containing your membership certificate. However, with some providers, these two emails can end up in your spam box. This is almost always the case with hotmail.com but also sometimes with other hosts. So if you don't receive your membership certificate by email within 5 minutes, check your spam box.

Do I have to be a member of 'Storks of Hope' to use the forum? 

Membership of 'Storks of Hope' and access to the forum are two different things.

The forum is free and accessible to all, whether or not you are a members of 'Storks of Hope' or not.
